Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online? Yes. At Designheaven online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. All credit card information is encrypted by World Pay to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected. We take the privacy and security of our customers' details very seriously.Delivery Policy The charge for postage and packaging is £5.95 per order.The majority of orders are despatched within 48 hours of receiving the order. Where an item is out of stock we will advise you. In these circumstances delivery will usually be between 14-28 days. We're afraid that we can't always guarantee the availability of all our items, although we will try our hardest. We will always email you to confirm receipt of your order, and give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of your goods. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. Please note we are only able to ship products to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. Shipping to overseas destinations is priced per order, a quotation for delivery will be supplied separately. Returns and Refunds What happens if the item is faulty? Any item which is found to be faulty in any way will be replaced at no extra cost to yourself. If the item has been sent out as a gift a replacement will be forwarded to the recipient.All that we ask is that the item, where possible, is returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Your account will be credited for any return postage costs you incur. You may choose to have a new item sent out as a replacement or a refund. Can I change my mind? If you decide that the item is unsuitable when it's delivered, then you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily provide you with a replacement, exchange or re-credit to your account for the cost of the item. (Postage and gift-wrapping charges will not be refunded in these circumstances).We can only accept items for return that are in their original condition and unused, with all their original packaging. We cannot accept any items that have been used, don't have their original packaging or have pieces which have been damaged after arrival. We ask that as you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us in a safe manner, that you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail. It is not our responsibility if the item returned is damaged in transit. Please let us know by email on returns@willowviewwebsites.co.uk before returning your item to us.
